Don’t care about customers.

Went to fetch my parcel at Khayelitsha branch I got there at 9:20 the store was closed buy there was peaple in side.I knocked a lady came told me they are having a meeting. I waited till 10:00.

Could they have the meeting before opening time which is 9:00.It doesn’t make sense to me that to open at 9:00 but when customers get there it is still closed.
