Does insurance really cover you or is it just a sale.

<p>I made a complaint last year 2016 June about the couches purchased and paid full in cash includung insurance for damage, death, dissability etc. I made a concern about my couches and a promise was made that they will pick them up for maintenance, I further travelled to the shop to check how long it is taking them to pick up and I was told that they are closing the shop and there is nothing they can do.</p> <p>I rescently made a complaint and someone from head office contacted me to say that they will come pick the couches. They still never came and I was later told that due to rain they could not come but they will come once the rain stops, it has been 2 weeks now without rain hey.... I now think it is best for them to pay me the money i paid for the insurance, so I may be able to take them for maintence myself. I do not want to here anything from them as they breached a contract by making empty promises and goods that are not worth the quality.</p>
