Disgusting management

Best Electric is ignoring me. Still waiting for some response or some sort of sign that someone is willing to help. My car was in accident since last month. I've been to the best electric shop in Cradock more than once. Mr George Appel drove his work verhicle into my car while it was parked. I have been stranded the whole festive/holidays can't do anything. I had to cancel my holiday plans. Have been to the police spoke to the Store Manager no response.
