Disgusting attitude from the Protea branch and their idiot regional manager

Disgusting service from the Protea Gardens branch. I had changed my account in July and I called them to notify them and they said that debit orders on discovery accounts cannot be set up, I then kept asking for their account details to which I never received till this day. Then there's that airhead regional manager Dikeledi Audrey, very Disgusting attitude and so unprofessional, how she's regional manager is beyond. DO NOT SHOP HERE AT ALL. This place is run by a bunch of idiots.
