Disappointed client

My wife and I took a washing machine and a fridge on credit we have been paying until june 2024 because my washing machine stopped working I've been to the store multiple times and still nothing was done I spoke to the manager she told me she is busy with it when I went back after 2 months again then there was a new manager he didn't know about anything then he told me to stage a break in and go to the police station and report that my machine was ****** which I was against then he came out to check the machine himself and saw it wasn't working then came to collect it to be fixed but the machine came back not being fixed they told me that the insurance has to deal with it now I've been waiting for them for so long now now they want to collect the things how do I pay for something that is not working
