Damaged fridge

my mother(62 years of age) bought a fridge and it started giving her problems (they sent a guy who used a wire to fiddle the fridge and told my mother to also do that) but every time she went to report she was sent from one person to the other and they promised to call her back or come fix it, but it never happened until she took it back to the shop. And even today no one is willing to assist her and its been 11 months now.They even threatened her with their lawyers when she went to check what is happening. All in all she paid +R12000 with her pension money

hi. can you please give me a call as i need to fax or submit the documents to Lewis as per the instruction to my mother(She went to Lewis store in Kwa-mhlanga but they did not want to take the documents because they did not know what to do with them. They said they need a letter from who ever told her to submit them.

Hi Sadia Ely I just want to thank you so much for all your assistance in resolving this My mother is so happy she got her money back(ALL OF IT,EVERY CENT SHE PAID AT BEST ELECTRIC). You are a real HERO to her and to every customer in need(Me included) Keep up the good work and you will be rewarded accordingly Thembi(on behalf of my mother(A very happy pensioner right now)
