damage goods

Damage couches being sold to my father without him being aware that they damage goods ,went to the nearest branch khayelitsha mall where the sale was done. To advs them the condition they are in to my supprise. We told they were damge ,my father was nt offers any insurance for asistance due to their condition , the sad thing is these couches are nt even 2 years yet and my poor parents are stll paying thm off. Wht a ******* where is treating customer failry in tht couches suppose to be one of the long term goods aspecially in big famaly does nt make sense to buy 2nd hand or damage as thy wnt last long. The lst time we went ther ppl were returning things to shoW thy selling things of no quallity at all thy just ripping our poor ppl off while thy making money these chairs look like thy older even to the one we had and those were 10 years old I need help frm the ombudsman its like paying fro something tht is nt there
