Complete mental to nthabiseng from monarch insurance

After I lost my work put a claim with monarch insurance on april and my claim was declined and was advised witch documents to seak from thr company .I sent the documents to the strore attended by busisiwe in alberton brach voortrekker on the 2 June and busisiwe did not send the documents to the insurance I called head office and complain was assisted by a lady (forgot her name ).thanks to that lady from head office she transferred my quire to .monarch insurance assisted by nthabiseng and process was followed and insurance paid my claim

In future I will use monarch insurance but I and my family will never shop at home best electric ever as they only call you when they want you to open account but do not wish to assist more futher
