Complaint

On the 4th Aug I bought a kelvinator 4plate stove Dobsonville.Firstly the price on the item was not the same as on the system. (It was higher)Somebody didn't do his/her duties.Secondly I'm being addressed as Miss whereas I'm Mrs the Lady who was capturing my details didn't bother to ask- in simple the way no communication- and I was sitting next to her,when I asked for it to be changed she told me that their head office will only reply after 3days.Fine I let it be.This thing of them advertising about "same day delivery" it's a lie I got there in the morning but delivery was made the following day.On the 18th I experienced some problem with the stove and tried calling them but due to lack of network I couldn't get through so the following day I went to report.When I got there I was helped by the salesperson (Precious) then later she referred me to the manager (Lotty)and she just said she can't help me I must see to finish with the salesperson, which I did.The salesperson promised to call on Friday to give feedback but never called. Then on monday the 24th I texted the salesperson for feedback and she called, I asked to speak to the manager and all she said was "she will call the supplier and give me feedback before the end of the week and she never called.Yesterday again I texted but there was no positive reply and today at 9:17am I asked for the regional manager's contact but just got a blind eye.The salesperson person texted me and referred me as *Nana*which means a baby so that clearly explains why my query is not attended till today. They lack product knowledge and customer service is on zero in that shop.I'm sitting with a product that is not working and month end I'm expected to pay an instalment.I no longer need this stove.Please help me. I have the WhatsApp texts as proof
