Complaint

I a washing machine june 2023 which I’m paying it monthly,,,on the day of delivery I was told that the machine has failure soo in the meantime I can use it then they will come within that same week to replace it with a new one,,,since that time I’ve been waiting for that machine replacement,,,I tried to contact them more than once and they told me to wait till today I’m still waiting though they still do deductions every month
