Complaint.

We bought a sound system from the store in Cradock and after a while the one speaker didn't want to work anymore, it made scratchy sounds ,. We reported the problem and also filled in a affidavit as they asked us to do so we could get a a new speaker seeing that the system is still under guarantee. We've been waiting almost over a month for them to fetch the speaker and still nothing. Whenever we go and visit the store , then they start calling the insurance company every time, yet nothing is being repaired.
