Claim

We have submitted a insurance claim in 2016. Retrenchment papers was handed in all paperwork was done. The branch manager then got fired a few months later. Again we received calls for non payments. A guy from sadie came to the store and phoned us to sort out the problem. This was 2016. So today the 15 Aug 2017 we go to the store and the papers is not submitted to head office. Giving us a bad credit score for something that should have been sorted out a year ago. Going to the store this morning. At 10 to 8 the store was closed. Phoning them the manager doesnt know what time the store opens or his staff. Very bad
