Can they deliver!

Best home and electric home Sasolburg branch Opened an account November2020 .bought couches and delivered same day , realised later that the couches had a tear then i called them for exchanged..with no problems and they called before exchanging them , but they said they are struggling to get same colour and they have another colour. We agreed that it's okay so long the couches are the same thing I'm fine with it. Now the new couches they have exchanged me with it's not same couches, they are a poor quality, they are not comfortable ., the recliners are not stable . these guys brought different couches period and m not happy with the couches.. I've been reporting the matter and they came to check the couches and they will deliver. It's over a month now they are quiet. Can this matter be solved because i feel I'm not gonna pay for something that does not satisfy me or i didn't buy. They promised good quality!
