Bethal Best Home and Electric(Mornach Insurance company)

Hellopeter I am Sphamandla Nkosi and have a furniture account with Bethal Mpumalanga Best Home and Electric I took some furniture including a TV with them and the goods were insured with Mornach Insurance company.It happened that the TV was ****** early this year and I reported the claim to the shop ,I filled in all the necessary claim documentation with them in May and still to this day I don't have the goods or even a way forward with the case they keep on telling me that the person who has to approve the claim is on leave I must wait and till today I have been waiting with no response from them...Please help me as an UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I have done anything I can to claim but no luck
