Best Home eletric in kuruman is the worst furniture store ever with their service,its a **** store

I have been waiting for my refund at this store in Kuruman since march till to date, my mom opened an account with them she is a pensioner and i am paying the account for her since the pension money is not enough for to sustain the account. The account is been paid off on January this year 2025 and the have been debt the same amount for 2 months(Feb and March)they only refund the fee of February for March everyday is a story to tell,we have submitted all the things they want to enable them to refund me back but still am struggling to get my money back. They good in telling lies that they will refund the money now all of a sudden their landline numbers is not available. Please can i be assisted to get my money back
