best home & electricity fails to deliver googs

I bought three piece lounge siute on the 10th Dec. I was told that it will be delivered on the same day or the following day. Everything was processed completely the problem now is to deliver. I have phoned their head office, I went and meet the manager always when I raise the delivery issue I'm told that they are very delivering now. Please interve in this matter I bought this for Christmas. I thank you. I want my good!
