Best home and electric please come clean

I bought few items from this store including a fridge which is making this unfami**** sound.i decided to inspect it only to find that the grey paper which looks like microwave guide was cut into size to cover what looks like a burn to me.I am not sure if its factory fault or they sold a repossessed goods to me and the burn is from when they were feeling gas on the fridge.why after reporting the branch makes me look like a fool is she qualified to make investigations on the technical side of goods or there are people who are responsible for that.
