Best Home and electric Krugersdorp - Poor Service

We have bought a washing machine from Best home and Electric about two years ago, it is a Kelvinator Twintub washing machine, sadley it has broken once and got replaced, and then the new one also broke now, Best Home and Electric is not very helpull, for two weeks now we have phoned and asked for assistance, sadly, nothing is happening, we have 5 small children in the house, and now have to wash clothes by hand, and that we are still paying off the washing machine, every month on time, this is not fair - please do not ever buy a washing machine from Best Home and Electric in Krugersdorp, as for their service is very bad
