Best Home and Electric Brakpan Harassment, Threats, ************ and Trespassing on private property

We have been speaking to your Area Manager regarding issues that your Brakpan store has created on my boyfriends account, the store manager Bongi, Keeps coming to my Property (which has nothing to do with Raymond) and embarrassing me Infront of my Neighbours, Screaming, Shouting, Threatening me and when I try talk they tell me to shut up as I'm not the customer, yet they come to my property (the not customers property)

We have tried on numerous occasions to get someone high up in your company to contact my boyfriend regarding his account and the severe issues the Brakpan store has made, Like delivering second hand, broken equipment, not boxed with remotes missing and cables broken. When we said we wanted a new item and not a second hand item they then the next day brought a new one.

Then they called us as they say the card swipe for the monthly debits didn't go through, yet we have the slip stating that it does, we have shown this to Bongi and the Area Manager Melissa and the area manager agreed it was a huge error on their side and that she would investigate.

Well no investigations have happened but we have had multiple representatives and agents from Best Electric Brakpan coming to my property and threatening me and harassing me saying they are going to take my property. My property is my own, I have never and will never buy anything from Best Electric as the staff are ****s and ****mers and pathetic and don't know how to do their jobs correctly.

My boyfriend and I have both been threatened by your staff that they will have us arrested, yet again, if I try talk to Your store manager she keeps telling me to shut up as I'm not the customer.

I have Videos and Pictures of your staff at the branch in Brakpan, where Bongi tells the cashier to swipe my boyfriends card for a certain amount, which your cashier does and the payment goes through, then 4 hours later Bongi calls us and says WE made a mistake and must come back to the store to pay more. It's not our error, the cashier was following the orders given by Bongi and we paid accordingly to what was asked of us.

We have had endless hassles on both purchases my boyfriend made at this branch. We have also been threatened by staff on numerous occasions at both your store and MY private residence, which they have no right to come to my property.

I am posting a complaint on Hello Peter, And uploading the videos onto social media and reporting your branch and staff to the NCR.

Please give me a number of a Director where I can send the videos and pictures too so this can actually be investigated as I'm sure the staff at Brakpan Branch have not brought this to your attention for investigation as they know the fault is on their side.

Please take notice of the cease and desist.
