Best Electric Worcester

Best electric worcester is very unprofessional and delivers bad service. I have a TV and I pay insurance every month and one morning the TV just broke so I took it back and has been waiting for 3 weeks for response or feedback, Yesterday they told me I must go make an affidavit at the police station for the insurance claim and I must tell them its due to loadshedding while there has not been loadshedding for a long time. Why do they want me to lie and why do i pay insurance and still pay for a TV that i cannot Use. I'm very ****ed and angry.
