Best electric Randfontein

I was employed at best home in Randfontein for 3 years. When i started at the branch it wasnt making budget resulting in no profit been made. The branch had excessive stock loss. I took it upon myself to change the branch with the assistance of my great team. We made budget and the stock was always balancing. In May a new dgm started Mrs Smuts( bradlows), this lady made it clear with her horrible attitude that i wasnt good enough...comments such as im not energetic enough...coveying messages to my staff to report to me.."tell her Im coming for her" she always threatened me telephonically that i would lose my job. Even though she treated me like trash i still tried my best. On the 5 Oct the rc Freddy suspended for proposals...2 proposals had the statements attached but according to the freddy the proposals were not rectified. Freddy removed the proposals from the branch..so whether the statements were attached or not only freddy will know. I resigned with the fear that i would be fired..i was forced to resign. I couldnt take the treatmemt from this woman. What annoys me about this company is that grievance was logged against Smuts for her behaviour towards staff ( a RAM logged grievance) she doesnt know how to treat people. She wanted me out from the beginning. I reported this to the GM who arranged for HR to meet me. The HR sent me an email and stated the meeting would be attended by freddy(Rc). To my surprise Smuts(dgm) was there. She did all the talking while freddy sat with his head down. She defended freddy and made me out to be the most *********** manager. She denied all allegations made by me. She then called Nomsa(ram) and questioned her about proposals. Nomsa clearly **** about many things..first of all i reported to nomsa that freddy told us to proceed with deals and that he would arrange for us to get statements. She told me never to do it again as these Rc will tell us to do things but theteafter will deny.( i sent the proof to GM with regards to the statements) On the call she changed her tune..she **** about recent proposals..she stated that they were incorrect...another lie. There was nothing wrong with recent proposals. Then she stated that there was a proposal for feb that didnt have a statement..another lie She was clearly trying to help freddy. I cannot understand how could she do such a despicable thing. As for the HR i dont have much words. All I can state is that no one should be treated like this..it was a clear set up to get rid of me.. Reason unknown...maybe my age ...maybe my race...never judge a book by the cover. The day Zelda Smuts came to our region she came with a mission...As for freddy he doesnt have his own voice( he was brought from bradlows). If a proper investigation was done the truth would have been revealed. I was one of the best managers and treated like i was nothing. Most of the customers from that branch are highly disappointed as i treated my customers with respect and dignity. Unfortunately I wasnt by my superiors.
