Best Electric poor service

Good morning.

I bought furniture at Best Electric included a double bed for kids. To my surprise the double plank bed for kids the lower one it got broken and I reported the matter been also going there with no assistance they kept on promising to send someone to come fix. I took the furniture on credit and they costed around R35000 and I have already paid off the debt. I have reported this 4 months ago still no luck. I am sad about how I am treated while I was a loyal customer. The manager is so rude. I hope this review will help me with this ********. The worst part is that my furniture had insurance and guarantee.
