Best Electric Kuils River pathetic Service

I'm a little disgusted with the Service that I am getting from this store, Best Electric Kuils River.... My installments are paid via debit order. I get three calls in a space of days about when I am going to pay of which I keep explaining that I pay via debit order... After the last call I received today, I agent calls wanting to know when I will pay and then says 'oh we got your payment' as I am still speaking to her she ends the call while I'm speaking... This is really bad service from you and believe me I will never buy anything from this company again. I had a problem with this store from the get go!!
