Best electric is ******* store
Its a ******* store my husband opened account we bought a washing machine so we agreed to debit order every friday bu that time my husband was using Nedbank so after a month or 2 my husband switched bank n went to capitec n also went to best electric to inform them to start debiting the money from.capitec account and told them to cancel thst debit for nedbank so it was fyn they debited capitec account until my husband nedbank account some money was put in to it so best electric also debited nedbank while they also debited capitec so now we have 2 call dem for follow up regarding gettin.our money back now they want us to come to the store and collect the money while we use our money for transportation n also the debit order charge M so dissapointed by this store

28 Dec 2022, 15:31U only acknowledge this after i complain on this platform and also gave us R230 what about debit order that was charged on my account and the petrol that i used to come collect the money u guys are so unreasonable serious and u still want us to continue buying in your store while u inconvenienced us like this

28 Dec 2022, 15:43Also the debit order amount on my bank statement its not the amount that i was told M gonna pay R230 but you guys debit 350 also when tryin to find out about that at the store the consultant in your mabopane square branch is so rude and impatient iv never in my life experienced this kind of treatment in any store M seriously regretting why i bought that washing machine @ Best electric
