Best Electric - George - Gas stove

I have bought a Kelvinator gas stove in December 2015. June/July 2016 the knobs broke in half and they ordered me new ones. As a result the knobs came and was fitted to another client's stove that also had this fault. Resulting that they couldn't get the proper knobs for my stove to switch the plates on and off. Eventually the area manager also came and took measurements and pictures of the size etc. They couldn't get proper fitted knobs. The manager of the branch in George promised me that head office said that they will give me a new stove as soon as the new shipment has arrived. It is 4 years later and still nothing. Every time I get to the store the manager says that the shipment is in the habour, but nothing happens from there. This is really becoming a big problem know. I have a full gas stove with gas oven as well. I have waited 4 years know, really, this is unacceptable.
