Best Electric double deduction.

Good day my name is Mr Bradwin Amos.Best Electric made a double deduction on my bank account in October,I went to the shop with my bankstatement and they said they can't refund me,which was more then R800,the same thing happened in November,a double deduction of plus minus R800.I was told last month from the branch in Mitchell's Plain I won't have a deduction this month,as they did a double deduction Unfortunately the same thing happened this month a double deduction out of my account.Again they told me the double deduction needed to be canceled but nobody did it.
