I have never seen worse Customer Care Service than this Company. We bought two Kelvinator 14Kg Top Loader Washing Machines from them. The machines started giving problems. In December we went to the Branch /Regional Manager in Potchefstroom and told him about the problems. He said a Technician from Kelvinator will come and do a report on the Machines. The Technician came but only late in January. He informed us that the Machines cannot be repaired and will have to be replaced. Luckily for us we had a extended Warranty otherwise we would have lost the money we paid and the Machines. Now the problem is that Best Electric want to replace the Machines with 13Kg as the 14Kg is discontinued. If we wanted 13Kg Machines we would have bought them in the first place. If we do not take this option we have no other option. How very considerate and thoughtful of them. After many phone calls and extremely rude and unhelpful staff they use bullying tactics to force us to take the 13Kg.
