Being threatened to take the good as I skip 1 month

I owe best home and electric as I took some goods and this month I went to make an arrangement as I was unable to pay,I went to the store to explain that I have a problem there for I cannot be able to pay this month....there was this lady whom they say she is from cape Town who denied me to make an arrangement as I fail to pay this month,they threatened to come and take the goods if I don't pay.i told them that I have problems that's why I failed to pay and still they couldn't take it,I'm very heartbroken as I now don't know where can I lend money to give them because they will take my goods. Please assist me as I also tried calling head office but failed to get hold of them
