Bad treatment from the manager

Hello Peter,I have never experienced such a horrible treatment by the manager @ potchefstroom riverwalk shopping center,they sold a bedroom suit to my aunt that is pealing off and the color is fading away.then my aunt went and report it several times but nothing has been done they keep on lying to us,and they sold her a sound system with speakers that doesn't work and on the 14 of may 2019 I went to ask what was happening but instead the manager became a monster and screamed at me in front of her staff and she told me that she doesn't do follow ups and she doesn't care if the customer doesn't do a follow up or not.the manager's name is Audrey Motshweneng please help us to get new bedroom suit and a new sound system or the shop must refund my aunt every cent she paid.thank u in advance Peter.
