Bad services and ****mers😡😡😡

I bought a Television late 2021/2022 at the shop which I took on credit but paid in full before 7 months within the period of buying the television. I used the television not longer than 6 months before it just completely shut down and I sent a complaint to the shop and they fetched it after a month only, I further had to fight to get the TV back which was with them for more than a month again and when it finally came it only lasted for 2 days and it was off again, I filed another complaint and it was sent in for repairs for the second time, I went and asked if I can be assisted in getta new TV but they refused, my tv is still not working and the branch manager at that time Dinakatso who asked me to make an affidavit so that she can submit it with the claim of the TV which never happened instead it disappeared from the shop.. I've been running up and down to get my television which I paid for and now they are coming with another story saying I forfeited my warrantee when I settled the full payment and now I can't be given my tv which I paid for I'm sitting with a TV that is off for more than 8months as we speak please assist.
