Bad service with a useless fridge

I bought a Kelvinator fridge at best electric a few months ago,now the fridge is not freezing and it’s not cold. It keeps tripping the electricity , I logged this and I was told that I will be called back. I’m still waiting for the call back while my food is getting spoilt and no one seems to care
