Bad service not delivering on goods purchased

Best home electrical in Boksburg, I have ordered and paid for a fridge in full from this branch and have been waiting for delivery since Friday, the service is pathetic I tried calling their customer service the number is no longer in service, the email address is also invalid,the store manager have been out the whole day so I can’t get answers to why the fridge haven’t been delivered, at this point I just want my money back in full I’m not interested in there stories as a consumer I have to right to a 30day cooling of period if I’m not contacted by 9am from best home electrical I will contact the ombudsman as well as my legal team
