Bad service I got

<p>hi</p> <p>I bought the memphis rack at best ellectic at aliwal north when the delivery come it was not what i wanted. I called the manager she promised to deliver the correct one which she did but is was soo old and durty to buy for R4500 I send it back. I called her she did not pick up luckly I went to ather shop here in blomto complain where I meet her manager Mr Mayer who promised I will be refunded untill today I havent got my money its a month now i have been runnning to the shop for my money.the lady have my bank statement with her I DONT know whats is so dificult for her to repay me. help me out here this is an unfair treatment I get here for my own money. even today I spoke to the manager they promised to call nothing until now.</p>
