Bad service

I bought a sound bar in 2019 it worked for only 2 months then i took it back as it was still under warranty so they told me they will fix it and if it doesn't get fixed they will give me new one so after a while they told me it cant get fixed and they dont keep same model in stock i must came and see what i can take but there was nothing i liked now they tell me its out of warranty i cant get anything while the one i gave them its still under their hands and i am still paying for it so its a loose for me i am paying for something i didn't use thats sad and bad service because no one even phoned me and say your warranty ends
