Bad service at Best home &electric at Thabong branch

I bought a bed on 22 January 2025 at Best home electric (Thabong Sebokeng) the name of the bed is Medi+spine..so the bed is in bad condition,very uncomfortable and the stitches has been coming out . I went back to the shop to claim/raise the matter on May they requested I send the pictures so they can see the condition and I did as they requested but nothing happened after, went again on July but still no luck they said they will call as they need to transfer the matter to their head office because it's a factory fault but still even today they haven't solve the matter the saleslady who was helping me at the time of purchase is Lerato the manager is Mr Maphisa who did nothing to resolve as the branch manager..so can I be assisted in this matter as they have been going forth and backwards with no help.
