Bad! service at Best Home and Electricity

My sister Rethabile Francina Monaheng bought a TV at BHME in April this year. The TV stopped showing images while producing sound of shows on TV, she returned it back to the store, she struggled to get it back and it came back with a defective DSTV hole, she returned it back again as it is redundant without the DSTV hole. From April up until now(16/07/18) she is without a TV yet she is paying the installment! The manager of the store has been promising a new TV but continued postponing the delivery of it, until the manager decided to ignore her, We also tried to get help from their customer care line , but got no help. This all took place in the Eastern Cape in Aliwal North. we are now appealing to Hello Peter to intervene. Rethabile ********** 304 Maria ********** 593
