Bad service and bad attitude

Since last year December the best home and electric they've been sending me from pillor to post, okay last year it was understandable then come January when everything was approved. Firstt they said they don't have stock at the warehouse an should come back mid January I went back as told ever since until today when I went back, there was no good communication between there stuff to us. Sitting in the branch for more than 2 hours and still no feedback to me the only thing said was you will have the product. Last an the week before I come and they said we will call you nothing was done including no communication from them.. the stuff is unprofessional,rude and disrespectful...
