Bad service

I have bought a washing machine Aug 2023 and logged a query to have it fixed in May 2023, they sent a person to fix it and it was not fixed, because the machine is still leaking water whenever I fill it.

I spoke to an agent today, 14 June by the name of Tema and she was so rude and stated she is refusing to put me through to her manager.

I have had it with this bad service and request that they either collect their ******* or I’ll take this matter to the Ombudsman man if I do not get feedback within 24 hours.
