Bad service

My mother bought a bed in Welkom boitumelo mall at best electric and they sent a wrong bed the matrasses are too big and base is too small . They said they can't collect that wrong bed, I must organize myself a van to bring the bed to them . My Mom bought that bed in May till today they have not collected the bed
