Bad drivers

On 12/02/2018 and at Robert Sobukwe Road Bellville, one of your drivers , L November, knocked into our vehicle from behind, whilst we were still standing at a robot (mind you).

Your employee was on duty in a company vehicle and now his manager of Best Electric, Bellville, Middestad Malls tells us it is not company policy to compensate where employees cause accidents during the scope and course of their employment.

I'm not sure if you heard of the term vicarious liability or if you simply just have no regard for the law.

Be that as it may, this matter will be resolved with your company compensating me for my damages - the law will run its course.
