Bad custormer service

Bought my mom an LCD JVC 40 Inch i payed the installment so we had a problem with the tv 3 weeks back.i called the store manager Ivy i told her that the tv just went blank is not showing any pictures.so she said she will check if the tv is still on garanty so the garanty was finished on the 12 of july.but they can fetch the tv then will pay for them to go fix.i will calll everyday day to ask when r they going to fetch the tv. the answer will be tomorrow,so i called their head office but still no help till today the they have not fetched the TV but they will call you when they want sales if you have credit to buy,when coming to help their custorms is a night mare.****ed of with HR A Lady called Priscilla and the manager herself IVY.i will never ever buy anything from that shop
