Bad customer service

I am disappointed in the service im getting at best home electric I bought a washing machine, was fixed twice and giving the same problems even the 2nd new machine same problem Now I'm still paying for it but it's still at the store Head office can't help me and the manager at the store Their service is not good at all there's always excuses This is unfair towards consumers I hope to get help soon Currently head office is assisting but still dragging time it's now a month now

I opted for a different machine because the same brand new machine gives the same problems tripping the electricity and spilling the water from the bottom For a brand new machine that's what is frustrating and they say they don't understand as well why the machine does that But I cannot wait for a whole month or two for the machine to return and give the same problems after one wash In the meanwhile im paying on time every month no problems

My cry is the bad service I'm currently experiencing with best electric kroonstad branch.
