Bad Customer service and Damaged Goods

Certainly not happy at all with the service that I have received in one of your shops the shop name" Best Home Electric" in Mall of Tembisa not sure why it is still called "Best Home Electric" as there's nothing Best coming out of that shop from Management to the staff and the whole slow process iv been so patient with them since the 8th of July 2022 till this day when i received a damaged tv I have since tried to purchase a Awiya 55inch smart TV and the process was not smooth at all manger looked clueless there were issues with the tv license next thing my order was not processed correctly staff and manager are prioritizing a client that's not in their shop i stood there everyday taking time from my work but they still did not care and continued with other clients that are not in the shop

Manager was so slow and had to video call someone else just to help him with submitting whatever that was supposed to be submitted i waited while they video called each other till the end that's when he attended me he gave me papers to sign he did not explain anything to me he just said sign where they say consumer il give you your copy even now i dont have that copy don't you guys take your staff to training because they are clueless and don't know the system at all why are we being serviced with people who waist our time i sacrificed my whole lunch yesterday to get my tv delivered guess what my order was not even sent sales lady told me to come during my lunch time and still I received nothing what game is this shop playing yet again they waisted my lunch when i finally got my tv later the same day 13 July 2022 the tv is damaged what more can i expect

when i tell the manger he says they did not check it where they got it from the warehouse why is that I asked him to get me another one not the one on display and i want it today cob he says he is not sure if IL get it as he has to submit an order again and that wont guarantee that il have it today that's the last thing a want to hear after such a long unprofessional journey i had with this store NO and so i must wait again another 100 years for a Tv that il be paying for the next 30 months is it fair

now that the deal is secured is this the way you guys treat a customer by thanking them with such a horrible service il never recommend this shop to anyone at all may i kindly please get my TV TODAY no stories this time put yourself in my shoes
