Bad client service

I am so utterly disgusted by the level of service I have received from best home and electric in Lebowa kgomo, I called in wanting to get a settlement letter to settle my loan with them, then the guy that assisted me said he is too busy to be dealing with settlement letters then after after calling multiple stores to assist me, one store called the lobowa kgomo store then he sends me the email with the settlement letter without the account numbers and references I need to use, I called again to ask him for account numbers and he said he can't leave the job his doing to do the job that he wants to me to do, he then proceeded to use valgur words and told me to figure it out. Eventually I got assisted by another store with account details,I'm so disappointed and disgusted, he refused to give me his name but he was the one answering the phone the whole day on the 11th of May 2024 , I will never shop with best home electric ever.
