BAD BAD SERVICE BEST ELECTRIC EERSTERIVER.. LYING TO THEIR CUSTOMER

My pensioner aunt bought a wachine machine from best electric furniture Eerste river in. 2021..in June 2022 she complained about the spinner of the washing machine not working... Since June 2022 untill September 2023 didn't they do anything but make empty promises to fetch the washing machine to fix...They never fetch the washing machine... I called Fatima a saleslady at Best Electric on the 30th of August and ask her why are they lying to my aunt for almost a year.. She told me that she will call the drivers now (they are on the road) to fetch the machine.. She even ask if the adress she have is the right address.. I asked her to please call me back when the drivers are back at the shop with the broken machine.. (the machine don't even wash anymore..) She never called me back untill this day.. The next day I called Fatima and she didn't answer her phone...I then called Lewis head office and explain my aunts situation they promised they will investigate.. They call me back saying that my aunts guarantee expired.. I ask the lady if the persons my aunt complained about the machine knew the guarantee expired why did they lie to my aunt and to me that they will fetch the machine to repair..how on earth do you keep on lying to an elderly woman that you will fetch the machine to repair for almost a year.. The previous manager(woman) also told my aunt that het account(washing machine) is fully paid.. My aunt never skipped paying her account... After 5 months Best electric Eerste river let my aunt know that she is in arrears and that she must pay interest on the arrears.. My aunt told them that the manager(transfered to another branch) told her that her account is fully paid that's why she stopped paying.. They insisted that the manager made a mistake and my aunt must pay which she did.. Note that my aunt cannot read or write.. I am not satisfy with the horrible treatment from Best Electric Eerste river... My aunt had to do her washing this past cold wet winter with her hands.. She has foster children living with her... BEST ELECTRIC EERSTE RIVER YOU ARE A DISGRACE.. HOW CAN YOU TREAT A LOYAL CUSTOMER LIKE THAT
