Bad Bad Bad customer Service from best electric welkom store 0659

Bad customer service I once went to BestElectric in welkom store 0659 it was around last year September when I went to inquire about my account that am paying and see the difference when I got there I talked with the manager but he couldn't even explain to me what was wrong while am paying double the amount that am supposed to pay monthly. Even today 18April 2023 I went but no one bother to give me the right explanation on why my account doesn't show any difference even their facial expression was of the person who looked bored and not trying to help and am sick and tired of these cause am paying right on time worst part of it it's been a long time paying paying while stucking on the same amount.
