Bad attitude

My name is Nthabiseng Mosisidi, I would to lay a complaint about the Best Home and Electric in Sebokeng for the harassing calls and the Service that they have been giving my elderly grand mother who is ill. they sold to her a refrigerator and a washing machine as she was employed as a domestic worker and when her employer moved without alerting her she had to move back home in Soweto and advised best electric that she is no longer employed and that she was moving, even gave them her new address however they said they wanted proof that she no longer works, and at first when they confirmed employment they only just called they employer. and what's worse is that she was paying insurance for rainy days like these. now since she doesn't have income she struggles to pay and she will be getting all this threatening calls that we coming to get the furnisher back. she asked me to go pay this one of this days and I said I'll pay for her that month and I received a call from best elect asking me when am I going to pay I told them I'm in class but I'll find lewis close by after my class and pay and it can only be after 4. the guy told me that I'm making my problems his he needs that money now
