Appalling service at Best home and Electric- Lenz

The service is not well at all. I am a customer and the manner in which the store manager at their branch in Lenz spoke to me was unbelievable. She went on a rampage and dropped the phone in my ear. Her name is Clara. She needs serious training about customer service. Very rude.
