This is the worse place to buy anything the service here sucks Big time the manager is so useless it's not even funny they don't have proper customer service at the Nigel branch I bought a cupboard from them 2 weeks ago it took them 3 days to diliver when it got to my house it was to small called them and told them they said I should come on Monday when I went on Monday they said I must come with my Uncle so Tuesday I went with my Uncle the manager says no my uncle must come back on Friday say that they can recapture the new deal cause it's in his name... Fine they dilivered the new on Saturday and said they going to come and assemble it Today I have been calling them the whole day today and they giving me the run around... I also work with customers but that store doesn't know how to respect their customers The last time I called they said u must call back at 15h30 cause the manager isn't in but I could hear her voice in the background... Come end of the month they want their full money without any stories... Called them back when they said I should I waited for the manager to come to the phone for a long time I I could hear I they were talking about me in one of the African languages... Does it take nearly 3 weeks to get customer service from them I'm disgusted by this service
