I attempted to purchace the TV and DVD at Best electric in Benoni Branch in 2006,i was approved for credit and got the qouatation the next day i went instore and talk to the agent who was assisting me that i'm not accepting the offer as it was too much and he said he will cancel it,recently i got a call from the debt collectors that my TV licence account it has been handed over,i called SABC and they told me i was registered and paid the activation fee by Best Electric,i called the Benoni branch and spoke to the manager Gugu who told confirm that the deal was cancelled but the TV licence was not cancelled and unfurtunately she can't assist with the letter confirming that as SABC is requesting that letter to cancell the TV licence and clear my name,my credit record is compromised for something that i didn't even purchase,i need answers from Best electric.
